Individuals completing court-ordered service are responsible for:

• Providing accurate identification and documentation
• Meeting scheduling requirements
• Complying fully with Ranch rules and supervision

Completion of hours is contingent upon adherence to Ranch policies. Failure to comply may result in refusal of hour verification.

4. Assumption of Risk

Ranch activities may involve outdoor environments, livestock, tools, uneven terrain, and physical labor. By participating, you acknowledge that such activities carry inherent risks.

Participants voluntarily assume all reasonable risks associated with ranch and agricultural environments.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Russell Recovery Ranch shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation or use of this website.

Nothing in these terms limits liability where prohibited by law.

6. Media & Photography

The Ranch may capture photographs or video for educational, informational, or promotional purposes.

Individuals who do not wish to appear in media must notify staff in writing prior to participation.

7. Fees & Donations

If applicable, any fees, donations, or service-related payments must be made as agreed prior to or at the time of participation. All payments are final unless otherwise specified.

The Ranch reserves the right to refuse participation or service to any individual at its discretion to maintain safety, order, and operational integrity.
