Leadership at the Ranch brings together practical experience, responsibility, collaboration, and care for people, animals, and the land.
Steven brings construction, operations, patient teaching, and practical problem-solving. Shannon brings entrepreneurship, real estate experience, resourcefulness, and a gift for connecting people, land, animals, and community. Together, they are building a family-centered Ranch around useful work, service, faith, and care.
Blake helps lead groups and oversee day-to-day Ranch operations, bringing a business background, athletic leadership, teamwork, accountability, and a genuine love for people and animals.
